Shipping and Delivery Policy
Domestic
- Shipping is free on orders above INR 1199
- For orders below INR 1199 we have a flat rate of INR 100 as shipping charges
- Order will be delivered between 7-10 working days depending on product availability.
International
- Anywhere outside India, shipping charges are INR 2700 for order value less than INR 12000, free shipping for order value is above INR 12000
- Order will be delivered within 10-15 working days depending on product availability.
- Any country-specific custom duties/taxes to be borne by the customer.
Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation
- In case of any cancellation please write to us before the product is shipped, once we ship the products then shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns/Refund/Exchange
- We will refund you the amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case if the
- Received item(s) in poor, damaged, or mutilated condition (Kindly note that all the products are thoroughly quality checked before packing & dispatched. Thread mismatch or print mismatch in handloom fabrics are not considered as damage) or.

- In order to get a full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from the date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
- Size/product exchange is subject to availability. Kindly refer to the size chart before booking as we do not provide an exchange for the same. In case the product has stocked out we will provide you with a store credit which will be valid for 1 year.
- All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by “Customer”
- Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us and inform us at the earliest possible.
- In case you have canceled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
- Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate a refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
- The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed, and acknowledge the same to the delivery person.
